Barnyard Bonanza Slot review
One of the more popular slots from Ainsworth, Barnyard Bonanza is a farm-themed game with 3D style graphics.
Barnyard Bonanza has been released by Ainsworth, one of the developers that clearly know what they’re doing in this space, with games out both in land-based and online casinos. The game they came up in this case is farm life inspired, which might not be a unique option, but it’s definitely one that has the interest of plenty of players. I’ve enjoyed the look of the game, with the low paying symbols being Royals which are made out of fruits and vegetables texture-wise, while the high ones deliver images of the farmer on his tractor, of chickens, cows, horses, pigs, scarecrows and red barns. It’s everything that you would expect to find at a farm, and the game delivers these symbols in fairly high quality. The farm life is also visible in the background image.
Getting back to the gameplay, it’s going to revolve around 20 active lines, which have 5×3 reels behind them. The slot will pay quite a bit of money with the right wager, so even though 125x the stake is not that great of a multiple for the maximum potential, you can still get up to $250,000 per spin. Substitutes, scatters, stacked symbols, Golden Eggs with mystery prizes and free spins, these are all available in the game.
As for the bets that you’re allowed to use, they tend to vary a lot, so a high roller might have the option to spend $2,000 for one spin ($100 per line), while those interested in having some fun can pick an amount as low as $0.20 ($0.01 per line).
As the substitute, they’ve picked the image of the farmer riding his tractor. These symbols pay 125 coins per winning combination, which is not that great, even though it’s the top paying position. As wilds, they may be combined with most other symbols, to help them create their own wins.
Perhaps the most interesting feature of the game will be the one delivering free spins via 3+ scattered Chicken symbols. Five different versions are available here, including the Barn, Scarecrow, Pig, Horse and Cow options. Each one uses a different stacked symbol. Mystery prizes are delivered via Golden Egg icons.
Barnyard Bonanza should be one of the games that people will be interested in, particularly if farm life holds some attraction for them.
