Mixing the fruit theme with crystals, using the latter for the symbol’s building material, Crystal Mania looks better than you’d expect from a classic.
As a slot machine that’s available from BF Games, I found Crystal Mania to be quite the interesting slot machine, for a lot of reasons. First and foremost, it was the fruit theme that got my attention, but only because it’s mixed with the crystals mentioned in the title. You get all the classic symbols that you’re used to expect from an older game, but they’re made out of crystals and gems, and they look impressive. You have these fruits, bells or Bar logos made to look like jewelry, or some kind of Christmas tree decoration. These crystals are coming in all sorts of colors, so you have appropriate looks for the grapes, watermelons, cherries, oranges or lemons. The rest of the symbols are also classics (star, bell, Bar logo), and they also look good.
Another area where you wouldn’t expect to get what’s offered, the layout will deliver 5 reels with 243 ways to win, not a typical choice at all for such a game. I think you will be happy with the 96.06% RTP that’s mentioned for it, or with its wins of up to $12,500. As for the major features, they range from wilds, to scatters, stacked symbols and free spins.
When setting up the wager, you select the total amount which will give you all the ways to win available. The minimum is $0.25, while the maximum reaches $50. That gives you a line bet of up to $2.
Wild symbols are available on the middle three reels, and they may appear once on each one. During free spins, this changes, and the wilds appear on as many as three positions for each one.
Scatters do exist, on all reels, and they deliver some of the game’s best payouts (250x the stake). They trigger 10 free spins as well, where the wilds are much more common, as mentioned above.

Crystal Mania has a charming design, one which should be enjoyable for a lot of players. It’s going to offer some OK features as well, though nothing spectacular.
