Football Superstar seems to be a game that doesn’t try too hard to show off footballs and stadiums filled with adoring fans. Instead, what it’s doing is showing off the lifestyle of a successful football player, the main character bearing a powerful resemblance to Ronaldo, one of the best right now in this sport. You see this young player on the reels, while in other symbols the images are of trophies, Wild Footballs, but also two young and attractive women, a gold watch or a yellow Lamborghini super car. The background image is also different, as it takes you to a beautiful mansion that’s built on the side of a lake. It’s an Endorphina slot and the design is clearly above average, as I expect it to be in all their games actually.

You get a less common layout in this game than in most, with 50 pay lines being active on 5×4 reels, so the game area is slightly larger than normal as well. You have some features to look forward to, such as scatters, free games or wilds, with the top jackpot available being set to $1,000 per combo ($50,000 for a full screen).

In an Endorphina slot machine, the betting system tends to be the same one every time. You get up to 50 pay lines that can be selected, a maximum of 10 coins used for each active line and a denomination that will stop at $1. You spend as little as $0.01, or as much as $500, it’s your call.

One of the few things that will remind you of football is going to be the symbol that’s showing you one. It has a golden coloring and a Wild logo in front, and it’s going to be your substitute symbol. You get it on the last four reels, using it only in that role of a replacement.

The scatter is another one that you get, but once again it’s not going to be available on all reels. You get it on three at most, and if that happens you receive 10 free spins. It’s not your typical football themed slot machine, and I appreciate that about it, Endorphina doing a good job at blending the luxury and the sports themes together.
