The game’s pirate theme is not unusual for this industry, on the contrary. The bets you get to place in Ghost Pirates cover 243 ways to win with up to 25 virtual lines, to make it easier for you to place a wager. Each of those 25 lines gets 1 to 5 coins, and their denomination will go up to $0.50. You end up with line bets of $2.50 this way, and totals of up to $62.50. You can use fewer than 25 coins as well, but that means having fewer ways to win active. The smallest possible bet is at just 1 coin, which gets you 3 ways to win.
Scatter symbols are not as useful here as they are in other slots. They act like regular symbols in a slot with ways to win, having to appear starting from the left side and going to the right on consecutive reels. If you get the Treasure Chest scatter on three to five reels, with 243 ways to win active, you win 15 to 25 free spins and 3x multipliers for the prizes. Scatters also pay up to 50x the bet value.
The Pirate Sign, the skull with two crossed swords, is the wild, which substitutes for other symbols, without exceptions. If it’s present on the reel on which you need it, it can even take the place of a scatter.
The pirate theme might be common, but the ghost pirate angle I haven’t seen before, and it’s excellently handled in this slot.
