Pinata Bandidos is a Mexican themed game, which mixes together the party piñatas with pistol wearing bandits.

Designed by Genesis Gaming, Pinata Bandidos has been created as a slot machine with a Mexican theme. It’s not very original, and there have been plenty of slot machines so far, with the same focus on piñatas, but the fact that we also get Mexican bandits in the same game is a bit more unique. The graphics are decent, good enough to make you play the game, especially since the symbols are 100% themed in some way, without any poker icons. The symbols show you the sheriff, three types of bandit piñatas, revolvers, hats, money bags and Wanted posters. This game is going to have only 10 lines on 5 reels, but will pay both ways. A maximum prize of $200 is available inside, along with wild symbols and Symbol Bombs as the big features.

You will be using only 10 lines each round, and they will be fixed. You can have a line bet which varies between $0.01 and $2, so the wagers placed here will be from $0.10 to $20. What’s interesting about those lines is that their combinations form starting from either side of the reels, not just the left, like in most games.

The one feature of the game that feels most regular is the one showing us the Sheriff. It has a pissed off character, with red hair and a long moustache, plus a badge on his hat that tells us who he is.

This is the symbol that you get to use as a wild, and it can be combined with all other symbols to form new combinations. The big downside is that only one reel out of five can get it, the third one.

That’s not the only thing that the Sheriff Wild will do for you though. Land the wild on reel 3, and all symbols with Pinatas that are present will explode. Each explosion will have a prize to give you, and they can add up to a very good payout. Depending on the number of Pinata bombs that you have present, you can get payouts of 4 to 105 coins, for 0 to 14 such symbols.

There is one interesting feature inside, along with the good graphics, but overall this still feels like a fairly simple slot machine.
