Red Lion is a game with a Chinese theme, very well designed, which promises to offer rewards of up to 20,000x the bet.

Within the Chinese category, you’re going to find a lot of very well designed slot machines, and Red Lion is definitely one of those better ones. That being said, this Felix Gaming release is not going to give us anything too unique, on the contrary. The graphics style is the one we’ve seen in the past, relying on red and gold for its main colors. When it comes to the choice of symbols, there is just more of the same, with icons showing off the lion costume, frogs, gold ingots, Yin Yang logos or the Royals (hand-painted, naturally). This is the standard look of a Chinese themed slot, and while I appreciate the quality, I’m not seeing anything unique in its design.

As you go through 100, 200 or 300 paid spins, the game pays 6%, 8% and then 9% extra, for the wins that you get up to each stage. Once you reach the 300th spin, the progress and bonus resets.

The most impressive part of all is the Red Lion Screen, a feature that can be triggered at any point, and which can pay 20,000x the bet.

Another one that you can get is the bonus feature, which triggers via Frog symbols on three reels. The picking feature pays 50x the bet at most.

The final feature will come in the form of the free spins, giving you 10 to 50 rounds, in exchange for 3 to 5 Yin Yang scatters.
