Star Fortune has a space theme, something that is hardly unusual these days. Space themed games like this one, which show you planets and stars in the background, are quite common. Most of them do a better job than Star Fortune though, at least in the symbol selection process. In this game, while they chose to show at least one very well designed planet, the other symbols are mostly with images of alien crystals, colored in green, silver, gold or blue. The background image looks a lot better than the symbols do, which is not something I want to see in a game. Overall though, I still consider this slot to be a well made one. 5 reels and 10 fixed lines are present inside. You have your chance to land top payouts of up to $5,000. As the features, the game has wild symbols and respins.

The bottom section will show you the amount that you’re currently using for your wager, along with two buttons, which you can use to select the Max Bet directly, or to slowly increase the Bet value. Either way, you will be playing with 10 active lines, the line bet being the only one that changes. The range for the line wager is between $0.01 and $5. The overall bet can be anywhere from $0.10 to $50.

You can get a jackpot of $5,000 inside, the equivalent of 1,000 coins. The combination that will give you that payout is the one with five Blue Planet symbols, positioned on the same active line. The next best payout is at $2,500, or 500 coins, thanks to the Red Planet.

Feature wise, Star Fortune seems to offer less than many other slot machines, relying mostly on a single symbol, a wild. It’s probably the most interesting symbol that is offered, showing a rocket as it’s leaving the gravity well of a planet. This is an expanding wild symbol, which acts as a replacement for any other symbol that is needed on the reel where it appears. Since there are no other feature symbols, there are no limits to the symbols it can replace.

The wild symbol is also responsible for triggering a free respin, where the wild reel is locked and only the others spin for free once.

Star Fortune has a cool theme, but only some parts of it are properly implemented and look the part. Payout wise it does OK, but don’t expect too many features from it.
