Taste of China is not making a mystery out of the fact that it’s based on China’s culture and the overall look that slots are usually going for in its case. The things you’re about to see on the slot’s reels are often found in similar games, with the same focus on China and the things that we associate with this country. That’s why you’re seeing hand fans, dragons or paper lanterns among the game’s symbols, though there are also images of lotus flowers under a Full Moon, of a beautiful young princess, meditating monks, temples, food, tea or decorative fish. To be appreciated, is that the game’s entire list of symbols is themed, which means that there are no filler images here. The style in which the symbols were designed is also a big plus for the game, as it makes it different from other Chinese themed titles, and it’s quite attractive. I for one enjoyed the game’s design, and it’s not something that I typically feel about most slots from this category, based on how often they all look alike.

Taste of China will give you 5 reels and there will be 20 active lines present, same as in a lot of other slots. You can trigger rewards of up to 6,000x total stake while spinning those reels, and as features the game will deliver scatters, free spins, up to 20x multipliers and super symbols.

When you select the bet, all you have to do is pick the amount that will be used, and the range for it will be $0.20 to $200. The highest amount that you can select for the line bet is $10. The minimum is $0.01 per line.

Super Symbols are regular symbols, but they appear in bigger sizes, either at 2×2 or 3×3, which means that you get up to 9 symbols of the same type, all grouped up.

To reach the free spins, with 12 rounds triggered, the requirement will be to get the Fish scatters on the reels 1, 3 and 5. A random multiplier will be offered, with a boost of 5x, 10x or 20x possible thanks to them. It’s only at this stage that you can get a payout of 6,000x, otherwise regular combinations will pay at most 300x in the base game.
