Voodoo is one of the few religions that have gotten their own slot machines, and as usual, this Endorphina title looks quite interesting.

Voodoo is delivered by Endorphina, a developer that’s considered one of the smaller companies around this industry, yet it manages to put out some incredible titles, especially graphics wise. It’s the case with Voodoo, where you will find a lot of images related to this religion, and a lot of green and a connection to nature that is visible all around. The symbols have male and female priests, dolls with pins in them, snakes, ravens and even images of poker cards which seem to be scratched by someone, not drawn. This 10 line/5 reel slot machine can deliver top payouts which go up to $20,000, while also offering wild symbols, scatters and free games.

The design of Voodoo is highly enjoyable, a bit dark, but very appropriate for the kind of theme it comes with. The symbols give you a Voodoo priest and priestess, a snake, a leopard, a doll, raven and five poker icons.

This game has 1 to 10 lines active, each one accepting bets of $1 to $10. You end up with a betting range which is anywhere between $1 and $100 per spin. To have all the lines active, you need to spend at least $10.

The Voodoo Priest appears to be useful in two different roles in this game. First of all, you can have it act as a replacement for another symbol, if that other symbol is needed in its position, so that a combination can be formed. That’s the wild role that it can have.

The second role of the Voodoo Priest is that of a scatter, and you can take advantage of it if you have a minimum of three of these symbols present anywhere on the five reels. The payouts are at 2x, 20x or 200x the bet, if you have 3, 4 or 5 scattered Priests.

The 3+ Voodoo Priests will deliver 10 free games to you. A combo formed from left to right will have its symbols expand on their reels, and paying on all the lines after that. You can retrigger this feature, if you have another set of 3+ symbols.

The spooky nature of the Voodoo theme helps make this game a must play if you’re into this kind of theme and design, but I enjoyed its features as well.
