Neon Reels Slot review
Neon Reels is a very unusual game, yet at the same time it’s going to be very common. The part that you’re going to be familiar with has to do with the presence of classic icons on its reels, of poker cards, fruits, 7s and diamonds, all of them used in hundreds of other slot machines. The part that’s unusual is the way the game was built, the reels being placed on a cylinder that spins. Most symbols are done with neon lettering. It’s a slot with 25 paylines, but with payouts which only go up to $750. Luckily, a progressive jackpot is also part of the game.
It’s a very interesting mix they went for here, with the classic theme and the neon inspired style in which most symbols were created. It has a very futuristic design thanks to the way it was implemented. As I mentioned, the reels are actually placed on a cylinder, and they have a rounded appearance because of that.
You’re the one that decides what kind of wager you want to place in the game. You can activate 1 to 25 lines, use 1 to 10 coins for each line, and change the value of those coins from $0.01 to $0.50. Line bets of $5 are possible, with the total for 25 lines going to $125.
A progressive jackpot is offered if you land five Hot Jackpot symbols, on one of the active win lines.
The symbol with wild abilities is easy to recognize, having a Wild Logo on it, done in neon, same as all the other symbols. It’s only used to replace other icons, without offering prizes directly. It will not substitute for Jackpot or scatter icons.
Diamond Respins can be triggered by the game when there are two Diamond symbols on the 1st reel. Two respins are offered if that happens, with the 1st reel, diamond symbols and wilds all being frozen, while the other positions spin.
The final feature offered by the game is the round of 10 free spins, which triggers when 3+ scattered Dice symbols appear anywhere in the game.
