Spinomenal created one of the better designed Oktoberfest themed slot machines with this one. Oktober Spin Fest features better drawn symbols, has only themed images on its reels and outside them, so it’s doing a lot better than the competition. Though we see several Oktoberfest themed slots released each year, somewhere around September, in 2019 it’s this one that will stand out from the crowd, just by looking at the graphics being used. The reels are filled with well-designed symbols, and a lot of that comes through the stacked wild, which can cover a full reel, showing us a beautiful pin-up style Bavarian bar maid. For the rest of its symbols, Oktober Spin Fest relies on a Scatter Star, a Lucky 7, a Bavarian Hat, Beer Mugs, Accordions, Sausages, Beer Kegs, Artichoke and Pretzels. With perhaps the one exception of the Lucky 7, all other symbols are themed and they belong on those reels.

Oktober Spin Fest gives us 5×4 reels and as many as 100 active lines, while top wins of up to 1,000x total stake will come through them. The slot’s stacked wilds and scatters are its only features, and yet the potential is very good, especially since symbols land stacked on the reels.

You get the option to select anywhere from 10 to 100 active lines, and the wagers will start from $0.01 per line, and go up to $10. With all lines active, the betting range is $1 to $1,000.

One of the things to note, is that the game’s symbols appear stacked on the reels. This can increase the volatility somewhat, but it also means that forming combinations on dozens of active lines in a single round is also more likely.

The wild Beer Maiden is also a stacked symbol, and so it can contribute to many of the slot’s 100 active lines, if not to all of them. On their own, the wild symbols can form combinations which pay 150 coins, provided that they appear on all 5 positions on a line.

Only one other feature symbol is present, and it’s the Star Scatter, which can only be used to trigger a payout of 250x total stake. No features will come through it.

Oktober Spin Fest looks like fun, a game to play when dreaming of the real Oktoberfest, but don’t count on it offering you a lot of advanced features.
