Sticky Bandits: Wild Return Slot review
Wild Return is a sequel for another Quickspin slot machine, the popular Sticky Bandits, a game with a Wild West theme.
Sticky Bandits: Wild Return is one of the new Quickspin slots, and the second game to be released in this series. The idea remains the same one, with a story that relies on Wild West villains, since the focus is entirely on the bandits of those times. We’re going to a Saloon, a place where bandits would come together, to play cards and drink. The symbols shown on the reels tend to match what’s shown in the background, so there are three different symbols with the bandits, along with others showing whiskey or cigar boxes. Once you get to the lower value positions though, you will discover just standard Royals, nothing too interesting. As you will discover yourself, it’s a gorgeous game, with highly detailed graphics, doing even better than the original Sticky Bandits.
A big game area, with 5×4 reels to spin, will be occupied by a total of 40 active lines. As some of its major features, I would mention the presence of Massive Symbols (up to 3×3), free spins, sticky wilds and the Quick Slot Bonus. The big payout of the game will get up to 1145x total stake, while the RTP is set to 96.22%.
When you play this game, you have to select a wager for the round, but there is no customization further than that. You spend anywhere between $0.20 and $100 per spin.
The Bandit symbols, three of them and with the highest prizes paid by the game, will come in Massive variants, sized at 2×2 or 3×3.
Quick Slot is a bonus game, activated via a Slot symbol appearing on reel 5, in the base game. Up to 3 spins on this mini slot can occur, with up to 500x payouts offered each round.
There are Lucky Shot Free Spins as well, with 7 rounds triggered by 3 Bonus Scatters. When Bandits land on the reels in this mode, a random shot will transform either the Bandits into Sticky Wilds, or regular symbols into regular wilds.
Both regular and sticky wilds may form combinations by themselves, and they can offer you wins of up to $1,000 per line this way. Naturally, they are also replacement symbols, when appropriate.
All things considered, Sticky Bandits: Wild Return is a worthy sequel, a game with excellent graphics and fun features.
